Rules on Goods Exchange and Returns

The purchased goods in the wrong color or size may be substituted prior notification of the client within 15 days from receipt.
Will not be replaced damaged or with signs of wear and tear of any kind, the goods should be return same as you received.

 
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To initiate the exchange merchandise please follow this procedure :

- Send an email to customer.service@surfcornerstore.com with the subject heading : " Change Request Goods " followed by the number with the order received ' email notifications when ordering.

- Describe your problem in the email ( wrong size , the goods do not comply with the order , etc.).

- Download the RETURN NOTE HERE to be compiled and included in the shipment;

- Specify the items to change indicating the details : Product Name , Size , Product Code if any. All these data can be found in the respective product page .

- Indicate the head replacement : measure / correct size

- Ship the items (complete with all the accessories included in the package) to our address indicated on the RETURN NOTE

- The replacements will be shipped only after received the returned items.

The shipping costs are always paid by the customer except in cases where the error in sending the goods is due to Surfcorner Store.

We suggest you to ship with a traceable parcel or with any carrier that provides tracking of the package.

In case of return due to the right of withdrawal, we will make a refund corresponding to the value of the goods returned within 7/10 days from receipt of goods by bank transfer or credit card or Paypal depending on the method chosen for payment at the time order, withholding only the shipping costs incurred by us.

PROCEDURE RETURNED GOODS UNDER WARRANTY

To start the procedure return a product you must do the following:

- Download the RETURN NOTE HERE and print it

- Fill in the RETURN NOTE in all its fields

- Ship the item (complete with all the accessories included in the package) to the address indicated on the RETURN NOTE ;

The shipping costs are always paid by the customer except in cases where the error in sending the goods is due to Surfcorner Store.
