These general conditions of sale govern the terms and conditions of sale of the products sold on the website www.surfcornerstore.com, the website for commercial purposes of the company Web Solution, with its registered office at Viale Vittor Pisani 18,Rimini cap 47921 Italy Tel. +39.0541.083880, VAT number 03154330405, registered in the Companies Register of Rimini no. 86093, hereinafter referred to as "Surfcorner Store."
All contracts for the sale of products by Surfcorner Store Customer are governed by these conditions, which are an integral and essential part of any proposal, order and confirmation oreder of purchase of the products.
A "Customer" includes only natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity. These sales contracts online are governed, to the extent not provided in these terms and conditions, by Legislative Decree 22.05.1999 n. 185 (implementation of Council Directive 97/7 / EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts) and the Italian Civil Code.
These terms and conditions may be updated or changed at any time by Surfcorner Store. Any changes in the general conditions of sale shall take effect from the date of publication on the website and www.surfcornerstore.it for contracts concluded after that publication.
Art. 2) Products and Sales Prices
Surfcorner Store has entered into commercial partnerships with leading companies in the sector in order to sell online products at competitive prices while maintaining the highest quality standards and reliability.
The technical and functional characteristics relating to the products published by Surfcorner Store through its own promotional messages and information brochures are those communicated by the respective manufacturers. Surfcorner Store assumes no responsibility for the truthfulness and completeness of such information. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the figure. If these elements are decisive for you when purchasing, please contact us to verify the exact correspondence of the image with the requested product.
Unless otherwise stated, the prices of the products published by Surfcorner Store www.surfcornerstore.com on the website are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges unless otherwise indicated. The prices of products from time to time published by Surfcorner Store supersede previous prices and are subject by the availability of products in stock. Surfcorner Store reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of the products published on its website or in brochures and advertising material at the time of confirmation of the customer.

Art. 2a) Promotions and Discount Coupons
Registered users Surfcorner Store or subscribers to the newsletter called "StayTUNED!" enjoy preferential treatment as recipients of promotions and exclusive offers. Subscribe to the newsletter by leaving your email.
Surfcorner Store also rewards loyal customers by giving coupons from time to time subject to deadline. The customer can take advantage of the voucher assigned to him, by the deadline specified. The amount of the voucher is variable and commensurate with the value of the purchase made by the customer. Allocated coupons to individual customers are not transferable.
Art. 3) Orders and Billing
All purchase orders for products sent to Surfcorner Store must be completed in full and must contain all the elements necessary for the proper identification of the products ordered. Surfcorner Store reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not properly completed.
The Customer may only purchase products in the catalog Surfcorner Store when placing your order and on-line at www.surfcornerstore.com, as described in the relevant data sheets.
Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the amount of products available. Cash provided on the Site is accurate, but does not represent in any way a contractual obligation. The correct order is confirmed by Surfcorner Store by a reply by e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the user. The confirmation message will include the date and time of receipt of the order and an 'Order Code', to be used in any further communication with Surfcorner Store. Your e-mail address once again the details of the order (product ordered) and the data entered by the user who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections, as described in this document.
On average Surfcorner Store takes one working day (8 hours) to place your order and deliver the goods ordered to the respective carriers. In some cases it is possible, however, that additional time is needed (longer times are required for surfboards and bulky items which require packing up).
In case of failure to execute the order by Surfcorner Store (if the same is due to unavailability of the product ordered by the customer) Surfcorner Store will soon inform the Client, refund amounts, if already paid for the provision not performed. In this case the customer is not entitled to any further reimbursement or indemnity or compensation.
The tax records relating to the products ordered will be issued by Surfcorner Store at the time of shipment of the products to the customer and he sent by email or in hard copy along with the object purchased. If the customer have a VAT number and wish to receive invoice in its own name, you must indicate this request when ordering.
In case of an order cancellation right after the order was placed and before it was shipped, Paypal/Credit card commission will not be refund.
Art. 4) Mode of Payment
You can pay by choosing one of the following ways:
BY CREDIT CARD
Payment by credit card is through the secure platform of Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account), one of the most secure platforms and used for online payments because gives top priority to security in the transaction management and ease of use. You can buy and pay by credit card safely, keep handy the card information and the security code of the bank. There are no surcharges for paying by credit card. When you're redirected on the Paypal page, click on the button "PAY WITH CARD" and follow instructions.
You can pay for your purchases by sending a bank transfer. When ordering, select a method of payment as "Bank Transfer" and you'll find displayed the bank details to make the transfer. Please note that payment must be made within 3 days from date of order, otherwise order will be canceled, so as to avoid holding the products still for too long.

There are no surcharges for payment by bank transfer.
- Wire transfers from Switzerland: we do not accept foreign wire transfers with bank charges charged to us.
If you have a PayPal account, and prefer to use this method of payment, choose Paypal upon completion of the order and so you can make the payment by a transfer of funds from your PayPal account to the account of Surfcorner Store. All this will happen automatically, at no extra cost. In particular, to make payments with postpaid, you must hold a paypal account which is associated to your tothem. The reference email account to send Paypal payment is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Art. 5) Mode of Shipment and Delivery Products
Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and quantity of the products ordered and are calculated automatically by the system.
Consider that we at Surfcorner Store will try to keep shipping costs as low as possible to make your shopping more convenient.
If your order has a higher amount to 100,00 €, shipping is FREE on the whole European territory, as long as you have chosen a mode of payment in advance (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal). Exceptions apply: some bulk items, big surfboards (i.e. longboards, sups etc.) and used surfboards are excluded from the free shipping.
Deliveries are made by express courier and generally occur in 2-3 days (a few days more may be required for remote areas and specific locations) from the time of the shipment is done. However, notwithstanding the above, we will always ship as soon as possible, shortening the above so that you can receive your order as quickly as possible. In some cases it is possible, however, that additional time is necessary (shipping times and delivery more are required for surfboards and bulky items which require packing up).
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are made to the road.
The carrier normally carries one or two delivery attempts, depending on locations, after which the shipment will be in stock at your disposal for the pick up. Any storage costs are charged to the customer so please always be available or provide an alternate address.
Please always state clearly the name that will be on the bell to avoid delivery attempts in a vacuum, and to provide an address (work or home) where there is always someone, or, alternatively, require the latch deposit and then go to person to pick up the shipment (this is where you can not guarantee the presence at home or in the office). Please provide all necessary informations has been on delivery.
Delivery countries: we don't ship surfboard or other big sized products to Canary Islands, Malta, Ceuta, Melilla. Please contatct us for more informations regarding your destination.
Art. 6) Product guarantees - Support
Surfcorner store allows only the physical integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any faults must be reported by the customer, subject to revocation, no later than ten (10) days from the date of delivery, then the customer will be entitled to the replacement of goods damaged upon return of the same, having no right to the customer compensation for any further damage. Shipping costs required for the replacement of defective products are borne by the customer, including those for returning the product to the customer, if it is established that the defect does not exist.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Surfcorner Store does not provide any guarantee on the products additional to that provided by individual producers. Technical support and warranty work on the products are made, where applicable, by the individual producers, according to the terms and conditions set out in the documentation that comes with their products. In particular, Surfcorner Store makes no warranty as to the compatibility of the product with other products or equipment used by the customer, nor give any guarantee regarding the suitability of the product for the specific use intended by the customer.
Without prejudice to the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Surfcorner Store, is now agreed that, if it were found responsible for Surfcorner Store in any capacity against the customer - including the case of default, in whole or in part, to obligations assumed by Surfcorner Store to the Customer as a result of the execution of an order - responsibility for Surfcorner Store can not be higher than the price of the products purchased by the customer and for which the dispute arose.

Art. 7) Return Policy - Money back guarantee

All returns (to be perfectly intact and accompanied by original packaging) must be authorized by Customer Service Surfcorner Store which will issue a return authorization (RMA). Once you receive your RMA number, the customer can return the product to the following address: Surfcorner Store viale Vittor Pisani 18 47921 Riminicap 47921 Rimini. Packages are not accepted on delivery.
Upon receipt of the goods (and verify their integrity) Surfcorner Store will, as soon as possible, we will credit the customer the cost of returned products (as indicated on the invoice), retaining, if necessary, the amount of postage that will remain permanently charged to the customer (see the section on returns and exchanges goods for more information). Web Solution reject any Product not packed, as well as products for which have not been already paid in full by the Customer the cost of returning. The cost of shipment of the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the product is not returned intact, i.e.:
• absence of the original
• integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals etc.).
• Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
The right of withdrawal even if the product is not received by Web Solution within 7 calendar days of the date you received RMA.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
- The right of withdrawal applies to product purchased in its entirety; it cannot be exercised on a portions of the product purchased;
- The law does not apply to products sealed once opened and the other categories specifically excluded from the DL 185/1999
- The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend that you put it in another box, pointing to the words "RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL";
- Under no circumstances should the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
- By law, the shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the customer;
- The shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
- If the goods are damaged in transit, Surfcorner Store will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured) In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return and canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Surfcorner Store is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured and untraceable;
- Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or original packaging are damaged, Surfcorner Store will deduct from the refund due to a percentage, in any case not more than 10% of the value of it, towards the cost of restoration. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original, Surfcorner Store will refund the customer the full amount paid within 15 days of return of goods, by transfer of charge. In the latter case, the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which to obtain a refund (Cod. IBAN of the invoice). The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or contents), where Surfcorner Store finds:
- The lack of external and / or internal packaging;
- The absence of elements of the product;
- Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Surfcorner Store will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
Art. 7a) Guarantees and after-sales service
All products come with warranty direct their respective companies and benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and latent defects warranty. Art. 9) Jurisdiction
Subject to any applicable mandatory provisions of law for the protection of consumers (as defined under article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree n May 22, 1999. 185), any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini.
